This is one of our six massive AVX MAX screens that also feature the new Dolby Atmos sound system. By movie theatre standards, 85 feet is enormous and is bigger than many IMAX screens. These screens are the largest in Houston and the Palladiium AVX has more giant screens than any other theatre in the country.  The best part is that we don’t charge a super high premium ticket price to see a film in AVX MAX either.  Its costs the same as a regular movie ticket.

Our sincere thanks go out to all of the local media that came out today to get a sneak peak of the Palladium AVX.  We are very proud of the theatre and eager to finally open our doors to the public on Wednesday night.  The Media was provided with a tour highlighting some of the unique features of the new theatre.  Several guests mentioned that they had never seen anything like it or that there was nothing like this in Houston.  The guided tour included stops at one of our AVX MAX auditoriums with 85 foot screens and Dolby Atmos sound.  This is the only theatre in the world with Six Dolby Atmos equipped auditoriums.

The Palladium AVX is an absolute one of a kind experience.  One of the ways we are different from others is our VIP experience.  In all 6 AVX MAX auditoriums and 4 others, we offer VIP seating.  This section of the auditorium located in the back of theatre, features plush seating with a swivel table and service at the push of a button. When pressed, a server will come in and take care of your food and drink needs.

Some of our guests name this as one of their favorite features about our theatres.  We will have 14 Coca Cola Freestyle machines at the Palladium and we will be one of the largest single Coke Freestyle locations in the US.  If you are not familiar with Coca Cola Freestyle, these machines allow you to choose from over 100 different varieties of drinks.  

Like your Coke with Raspberry? It can do that.  Feel like a Diet Vanilla Coke?  It can do that too.  Did you know that our soft drinks and Frozen Coke both cost the same  and both come with free refills during that visit?

The Marathon Sports Lounge is getting ready for guests that want to watch the big game.  This area is next to the Agora Bar on the Mezzanine level and overlooks the bowling lanes. There will be comfortable seating and the big screens can be configured to watch one or many games.  The seats in front of the curved multi-screen wall might be the best seats ever for a sports fan (or Walking Dead fanatics.)  The entire upstairs mezzanine level is reserved for guests 18 and over.
