Santikos Entertainment Policies

By entering Santikos Entertainment theater (which includes all Grand & AmStar locations), you agree to abide by our theater policies. If you have any questions pertaining to the policies listed below, please contact our Guest Care Center at 877-691-0734.

Rated-R Policy

In order to provide a comfortable guest experience for customers attending R-rated movies:

  • Under 17 requires accompanying parent or adult guardian.
  • Children, aged seven (7) and under, will not be permitted into R-rated movies. No exceptions will be made.
  • You must be a parent or guardian to purchase tickets for anyone under the age of 17 and you must remain with the child during the movie.
  • Anyone found in violation of these policies may be asked to leave the premises and will not be eligible for a refund.

Management reserves the right to refuse entrance to anyone that cannot present valid photo identification with an R-rated film ticket.

Refund and Assistance Policies

Please call our Guest Care Center at 877-691-0734 up to 1 hour before showtime for the following:

  • Purchases made on the Santikos mobile app
  • Purchases made in-person at the theater
  • Tickets redeemed with the Movie Lovers Rewards program
  • Partial refunds

Please visit the in-theater Guest Services Desk up to 1 hour before showtime for the following:

  • Purchases made with multiple payment methods on the same transaction
  • Purchases made with Santikos gift cards

The following are non-refundable:

  • Purchases made with Santikos gift cards activated at HEB
  • Purchases made on third-party websites (e.g. Fandango, Movietickets.com, Atom Tickets, etc.)

Curfew Policy: Adult Supervision Required

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we have implemented a curfew policy at our theater locations. Please be aware of the following:

Adult Supervision Required (starting at 6:00 PM)
The Grand Alexandria, The Grand Ambassador, The Grand Conroe, The Grand Hattiesburg, The Grand Lafayette, The Grand Slidell, The Grand Winston-Salem

Adult Supervision Required (starting at 8:00 PM)
AmStar Anderson, AmStar Macon, AmStar Mooresville, AmStar Oxford, Santikos Cibolo, Santikos Galaxy, The Grand D'Iberville

Adult Supervision Required (starting at 8:30 PM)
AmStar Lake Mary

  • Guests ages 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian (21 years or older) for all showtimes after the set time listed above.
  • Be prepared to show your ID at the theater.

When selecting showtimes that are past the curfew time for your location, you will be required to acknowledge this policy and click "Accept" to proceed with your ticket purchase.

Bag Policy

To expedite entry and for the safety and security of our guests and associates, bags or packages with any dimensions measuring larger than 12" x 12" x 10" will not be permitted into the theatre. Backpacks and other large bags are not permitted into the theater. All bags are subject to search by our management.
