We recently relocated our business, after several decades, and Santikos welcomed us warmly and professionally into our new home. Thanks to their partnership, our customers have been very impressed with the building, location and overall aesthetic of our restaurant.
I have loved being part of the Santikos family! I truly feel like a valued tenant. Any time I’ve needed assistance or guidance, the Santikos team has been there for me. My location at the Santikos property is my first official location as a small business owner. I have recently started preparations to extend my lease and to possibly expand! I can’t see myself and my crew growing our business anywhere else!
We have 8 locations with 8 different landlords, and Santikos is by far our favorite! Santikos is very fast to resolve issues, whether it’s maintenance, security, or otherwise. Their online portal for automatic rent payments and credits is simple and easy. Further, Santikos really proved how great of a partner they are during COVID and went above and beyond our other landlords. They were extremely helpful and flexible, and provided a number of extra services like helping us with marketing and keeping us informed about government assistance programs.

We opened up in the middle of the pandemic and as you can imagine, it was quite a gamble and a lot of hard work for everyone involved. We felt very supported during this time. We knew immediately that we loved the location and feel of the space. Things lined up beautifully and we have really had no major issues during our tenancy. The Santikos team is attentive and tries hard to keep the community clean, safe, and interactive. I appreciate that they also periodically stop by just to check in or say hello, it feels like they genuinely care.
Santikos has brought what they have learned from being in the entertainment and hospitality business for so many years to their work in commercial real estate. They create an environment where our clients and teachers are excited to meet and our organization is proud to call home. I have been a tenant with Santikos for the past 8 years, and the experience has been exceptional.
