  • Purchases made on the Santikos mobile app
  • Purchases made in-person at the theater
  • Tickets redeemed with the Movie Lovers Rewards program
  • Partial refunds
*Please visit the in-theater Guest Services Desk up to 1 hour before showtime for the following:
  • Purchases made with multiple payment methods on the same transaction
  • Purchases made with Santikos gift cards
*The following are non-refundable:
  • Purchases made with Santikos gift cards activated at HEB
  • Purchases made on third-party websites (e.g. Fandango, Movietickets.com, Atom Tickets, etc.)
